In today's post I'm going to show you my swatch of A-England Jane Eyre, which I received a while back from Dazzled shop. You can read more about Dazzled Shop and the gorgeous indie polish they offer at their store at my previous post.

Jane Eyre was my first A-England polish in my collection and I was very excited to try it. There's something simple yet luxurious about this brands that I can't really explain, but oh I love it so much!

Jane Eyre has a black base with a beautiful reddish-purple shimmer. It's shimmery effect is more noticeable in the bottle than on the nails.
For the photos I applied two coats, no top coat. The formula was easy to apply and dried fast.

In the bottle you can spot a hint of orange and even yellow shimmer, but sadly that didn't really translate to the nails. You can see some traces of the purple shimmer on the nails, but I wish it was more noticeable. Despite that I really loved this polish and I think that this kind of dark color is perfect for the season.

Today it's time for another post from the Jewelry & Nail Art series, this time I have an elegant and luxurious look that I put together. This look was inspired by the beautiful Gold Crown Ring I received from LettersEarring. I think I fell in love with the idea of a crown ring when I first saw it on Sophie's blog, and I just knew I have to get one too!

The Nail Art:

I chose to go with a simple and clean manicure to match this ring, so I painted my nails with a white base (wow 350) and created a glitter gradient with the gorgeous Gold Mark by FUN Lacquer, which I reviewed at my blog before. I think this one is perfect for glitter gradients, I just applied a bit on my tips and added a glossy top coat to even it out.

This manicure was really simpleto create and I think it looks nice with the ring, without overpowering it.

The Ring:

This lovely gold crown ringI got from LettersEarringis exactly what I was looking for, it's very delicate and sophisticated. The ring is made of gold plated brass (available in gold, silver and rose gold) and rhinestones, and it has heart shaped embellishments that add a romantic look to it. I really love this design, and the ring is well crafted, so I was very happy with it.

GlitterBunny Polish - Rainbows on Crack

For this post I have a swatch of a gooorgeous holographic polish by GlitterBunny Polish. If you have been following my blog for a long time, you probably already have seen a few of Nicole's beautiful and unique indie (and vegan!) shades here before, and this one is pretty new to me so I'm very excited to share it with you!

Rainbows on Crack is a purple holographic polish. It has an opaque formula that applies easily, dry time was quick. I was really surprised to see that it had a great coverage with the first coat, and I think that for some of you it might be a one-coater. I noticed that the color dries up a bit lighter, but that wasn't a problem for me. The holographic effect is really gorgeous and it has a beautiful rainbow color.

For the photos below I applied 2 coats, no top coat.

If you are a holo lover, you are going to love this one for sure! I don't know if it's the crazy rainbow effect, or the gorgeous purple shade combined with the holo sparkle - but I really loved it!

Hello ladies!

Today it's time for another Jewelry & Nail Art post, and I'm really excited to share this one with you because it features one of my newest and favorite rings, the Twig Ring that I got from Colby June Jewelry store.

The Nail Art:
This beautiful twig ring inspired me to create a manicure with earthy colors and nature pattern, and the lovely weather outside was perfect for a photo shoot! I
For this manicure I applied two coats of Sinful Colors Leather Loose, it's a gorgeous brown shade with golden shimmer that dries to a matte finish. I originally planned on using a top coat, but once I saw how beautiful it was with it's matte finish and it actually reminded me of the twigs and branches outside, so I decided to keep it this way.
For the leaves design I chose Cheeky CH33 stamping plate, using Hits Copper Moon as my stamping polish. It transferred really great but looked more gold than copper over this brown shade.
I ended up loving the final look and I think it compliments the ring, which is also amazing!

The Ring:
I stumbled upon this gorgeous and unique Twig Ring while I was browsing through Etsy for silver rings, and I just fell in love with it! This ring is even more beautiful in real life, and it is currently one of my all time favorites!

What I also love about this ring, besides it being the most unique and interesting ring in my jewelry box, is that it can be worn alone or as a stacking ring along with another ring.
I find this ring to be very delicate and feminine, and I love how it looks on the hand alone or with another ring. This ring reminded me of my love for everything whimsical and magical, like a magical forests and fairies (which by the way I collect as well!).
This beautiful twig ring has truly captured my heart and I'm just loving how it captures the essence of nature. I think Colby June does a fantastic job with the jewelry she creates, and the fact that these are all uniquely handcrafted pieces is what makes me love them even more.

The New Black - Foiled Again

Today I want to show you a manicure I created with this awesome nail polish set from The New Black brand. This set was sent to me for review a while ago, and it seems like it took me ages to post this mani and review on the blog, but I'm really liking how this turned out and I can't wait to try out more of their sets!

The set I used to create this nail art is called Foiled Again, it contains five different mini bottles of nail polish that are perfect for creating playful and interesting manicures.

The nail polish sets that The New Black brand offers allows you to create a variety of designs using just one set. There are many different sets and nail art kits you can choose from at their online store such as ombre sets, glitter, stripers and even special kits that contain a typography transfer solution and blingy nail decals. These are all so fun and interesting sets, and I'm glad I have the chance to show some of them here on the blog.

The Foiled Again set contains five mini bottles (4ml/0.125oz) bottles: 2 cremes and 3 glitter toppers.

The bottles are quite small but the small brush was fairly comfortable on application. These are tiny bottles indeed, but let's be honest - we can rarely finish a bottle of nail polish, even if we really (really!) love it. So these are not so bad, plus it helps you to save some storage space ;)

The bottles don't have names or numbers on them, so I'll just list the colors that are included in the Foiled Again set (L-R):

Ivory creme, black creme, silver hex glitter mix, pink shreds of foil, gold shreds of foil (glitter polishes are all in clear base).

To create this manicure I started with two coats the Ivory base, then applied a stroke of the black creme in the middle. Once dried, I applied all three glitter toppers over the black, using a different glitter on each nail, and finally topped it all with one coat of Seche Vite.

What I like about this set is that here are many variations you can create with it, using different colors each time and get a completely different look. I think these sets can be a great gift for a nail art lover or a beginner, don't you?

Hello ladies! Hope you are having a great weekend.
Today I have a short posts featuring a swatch of a new color I recently tried from my favorite Israeli brand Ga-De Cosmetics - Plum Blossom.
I spotted this color and I realized I didn't have anything like this in my collection, so I decided to grab it. Although this isn't an unusual color, I still was quite excited to try it on.

I find it hard to describe the color ofPlum Blossom(470), I can't decide if it's a dusty berry/plum/another fruit shade, but it has a fairly warm red undertone. This color actually reminded me of Zoya Naturel Collection, and it feels like this can easily be another color from this collection.

It's creme formula was a bit thick but still easy to apply. It provided a very good coverage with just one coat and I think that for many of you this will be considered as a one-coater. Oh well, you know me, one coat is rarely enough for me, so I applied two coats.

Dry time was quick and it had a very glossy finish so I didn't use a top coat.

I really enjoyed wearing this color, it was quite different from my usual picks at this seasons which are darker and colder shades.

I find it funny that with my huge collection and range of colors I still manage to surprise myself and find colors that I don't already own, especially from Israeli brands like Ga-De. Speaking of Ga-De, if you are following me on Instagram, you probably already know that they released a new collection with three glitter shades, which I will be soon showing them on the blog. I'm really excited about these ;)

Jewelry & Nail Art: Origami In Pastel

For today's Jewelry & Nail Art post I have created a manicure that was completely inspired by the rings and the designer who created them. This post is featuring two beautiful rings from one of my favorite Israeli designers - Shlomit Ofir.
I've been following Shlomit and her creations for a long time, she is a truly talented and inspiring artist and jewelry maker, and so I'm very excited to share with you this post featuring her rings.

The inspiration for this nail art came from Shlomit's Origami ring and the beautiful combination of pastels and gold, that is very common in her jewelry. I really loved the idea of combining these two elements, and so I came up with this geometric design for my nail art.

The Nail Art:
To create this nail art I started with a gold base, I applied two coats of Ga-De Gold Glamour (824). Once my base was completely dry, I used striping tape to create the geometric lines.
I chose three of my favorite pastel shades to fill the triangle shapes I created - Lime Crime Milky Ways, Essie Mint Candy Apple & Essie Fiji. I painted one nail at a time, removing the striping tape once I finished filling the lines, and moving on to the next nail.
Once I finished all the nails and they were dry, I applied Poshe top coat to smooth the design.

The Rings:

The beautiful rings that inspired me to create these manicure were designed by Shlomit Ofir, a young Israeli designer who works and lives in Tel Aviv. Shlomit creates unique jewelry and accessories which combine a romantic feel with an updated, trendy look. Shlomit's jewelry collection is combined of items made from gold and silver plated metals, using pearls, beads and semi-precious stones and less conventional materials such as wood and formica

The Origami ring and the Tulum ring that I'm wearing in these photos are made of 24K matte gold plating over brass base, they are really beautiful in person and look gorgeous on the hand. I love the luxurious yet simple look of the Origami ring, and the delicate look and feel of the Tulum ring.
I really liked that they have a matte gold finish, I think it's unique and I don't recall seeing this kind of finish before, which was interesting for me. Both rings are very beautiful and I'm thrilled to have them in my jewelry collection.

I really recommend you to visit Shlomit Ofir's online store, she has the most beautiful and delicate jewelry I've seen that instantly made me fall in love with them. Shlomit is constantly working on new designs and collection, so there is more to come.

Hello there, naked nails

A few days ago I was just about to paint my nails, applying my favorite base coat, and then I realized - damn, these nails look pretty nice!
It's been a while since I showed you my naked nails, and I was pretty pleased with their current condition - not too stained, not too long, just right to show these off. ;)

I get many compliments from my readers and followers about my nails (which I'm very grateful for by the way!) and they are always asking me how I get them to look that nice. Honestly, I don't do much to maintain them this way, just making sure to use a good base coat and moisturize the hands and cuticles each night and if possible during the day.

Lucky for me I was blessed with hard, fast growing nails, but I think it's important to preserve this condition with a good maintenance.

I think that once of the products that are most important to get clean and pretty nails, is a good base coat. I find that Duri Rejuvacote does a fantastic job with preventing staining for me, and you know that it is not something that every base coat can achieve. I've been using this base coat for a long time, and I'm very pleased with it. I always recommend it to anyone who's looking to try a new base coat.

Jewelry & Nail Art: Amethyst + Giveaway

Hello ladies! In today's Jewelry & Nail Art post I have an amazing ring which I truly adore, and a matching nail art of course! I received this lovely amethyst ring from Delezhen a couple weeks ago, and I can't get enough of it. This ring is absolutely beautiful and it's way prettier in real life, so I hope that trough my photos you can see just a bit of it's beauty. If you liked this ring, you will be happy to know that I have a little surprise for you at the bottom of this post ;)

The Nail Art:

To create this design I started with two coats of Zoya Tru, a beautiful warm purple with red and gold shimmer. I decided to create a simple and sparkly design, so I thought that a silver foil could be a nice addition that will also look nice with the ring.

To apply the nail foil I used a special foil glue, brushing random strokes over the purple base. Once the glue was dry enough, I applied the holographic silver foil with a tapping motion. To prevent the foil from wrinkling once a top coat is applied, I chose to use a clear gel top coat insted of my regular Poshe top coat, and it worked great.

The holographic effect of the silver foil was a bit hard to capture with my indoor light setup, so it mostly looks silver over the purple base. I still love this look and I think it works great with this ring, so I was pretty pleased with the result.

The Ring:

The beautiful purple amethyst ring I am wearing in this post was handcrafted by Masha Lezhen, owner and creator of Delezhen jewelry.

The ring is made of sterling silver and pear shaped natural amethyst gemstone. The gemstone isn't completely clear, it has interesting lines and particles in it, which I think is wonderful because it makes it even more unique and one of a kind. The ring itself is perfectly handcrafted, just a flawless work of a great artist.

I fell in love with this ring instantly! I adore it's simple and delicate design and how luxurious this ring looks on the hand. Although amethyst isn't my birthstone (mine is actually Ruby, since I was born in July), it's definitely my favorite gemstone, so I'm really loving this ring.

This ring is also designed to be worn as a stacking ring, so you can mix and match it with your favorite rings to get an interesting look, or just wear it on it's own if you want to go for the delicate and classy look.

Cirque Swatches and Review: XX & Magic Hour

In today's post I have two gorgeous polishes by Cirque to share with you along with some awesome macro shots of these pretties. I got these polishes from Dazzled Shop, an Indie nail polish retailer from Hong Kong, which you can find more about in this post.

The polishes I'm going to show you in this post are the most amazing glitter toppers from Cirque - XX and Magic Hour. So let's head over to the swatches!

Cirque XX is a multi colored holographic glitter in various shapes in a clear base. In this magical mixture of glitter you can spot some hex, square and even diamond shape of glitter, and there's also a beautiful holo micro glitter in this mixture that makes it even prettier. This is one of those amazing polishes that are just spectacular in real life, and it's pretty hart to capture their beauty in photos.

This polish was probably one of the most gorgeous polishes I've been lemming for a long time, and now that finally I have it I'm filled with joy!

In the photos I have one coat of Cirque XX over black base, topped with one coat of Poshe.

Cirque Magic Hour is an iridescent glitter mix of hex, square and bar glitter in a clear base. This glitter topper is just gorgeous, and I love how it looks different over various colors - for instance if you choose to layer it over dark base, the glitter will appear more green and blue, and if you decide to layer it over lighter colors, white for instance, it will look pink, purple and yellow.

I love that about iridescent glitter, you can basically create endless looks with just this one glitter topper, just by layering it over different base color each time.

For the photos I applied one coat of Cirque Magic Hour over black base, topped with one coat of Poshe.

Although this is an anti-ageing cream which was meant for older skin, I decided to try it myself because I feel that during this dry winter weather my skin looses it's vitality, and let's be honest, I'm not getting any younger, so I'm happy to try something that can revive my skin.

The cream has a pleasant and fresh scent and silky smooth texture, a bit is enough for the entire face and it absorbs fast to the skin, leaving it smooth and moisturized for the entire day.

I've been using this cream on a daily basis for a few weeks now and I'm very pleased with it, I feel that my skin gets the moisture it need during the day.

For me this is a really great product which I liked instantly, and it became a part of my day care routine.

In this post I have swatches and review of three polishes by the Australian brand Glitter Gal. These three are the first Glitter Gal polishes I've ever tried. I've seen this brand across the blogosphere but never got to try it until now.
The colors I'm going to review in this post are: White Pointer (white creme), Galaxy Holo (holographic top coat) & Gloss Boss (glossy top coat)

Glitter Gal - White Pointer (10 ml) is a white creme polish. The formula was nice, I needed 3 coats to get a perfect coverage. It's a pretty and clean white color, nothing special there.
This shade is one of the new released creme formula polishes from the Holiday In Oz collection.

Glitter Gal - Galaxy Holo(10 ml) is a holographic top with scattered holo flakes in a clear base. This s a beautiful topper that will look great over any creme color, dark or light. I really loved the formula, it gives a great coverage with just one coat and adds such a beautiful sparkle.
The photos can't capture the radience of the holo sparkle, so you just have to take my word on it, it's really gorgeous! The tiny holo flakes reminded me of the ones that Zoya's Ornate collection have in them, and I really love that I can now use this Galaxy Holo top coat to transform my favorite creme polishes to this gorgeous effect.
For the photo below I applied one coat of Galaxy Holo over Barry M Watermelon.

Glitter Gal - Gloss Boss(15 ml) is a glossy top coat with a gel like finish. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much from it at first, but then when I tried it I was actually pretty impressed. Gloss Boss pretty much wowed me with it's gorgeous glossy finish and the fact it didn't shrink my nail polish at all. Usually within one day I get some shrinkage around the cuticles when I use my favorite top coats like Poshe or Seche Vite, but it didn't happen with Glitter Gal's Gloss Boss. It kept its beautiful shine during a couple of days wear, and it just looked as if my manicure was fresh and new.
Unlike Poshe or Seche Vite, I didn't feel that Gloss Boss had a fast drying formula that can thoroughly dry through the layers below it. Still, this is a pretty impressive top coat that I used a couple times sine then and I really liked it.

In the photo below you can see the beautiful shine that Gloss Boss adds as a top coat.

On the left I have one coat of Galaxy Holo over Barry M Watermelon, you can see it's a bit dull on it's own. And on the right you can see the version with one coat of Gloss Boss. The shine that this top coat adds is very impressive, and it stays like that for a long time. Well, I was impressed!

I hope you enjoyed my swatches and review. I can say that overall I was impressed with this brand and I would love to try more of their nail polish.

Hello ladies. Today I have another makeup and beauty related post, featuring a new product I got to review.
Elizabeth Arden recently launched some of their popular products with a new formula and gorgeous new package designs. Among the products they released you can find blushes, concealers, lip gloss and brow shaper which I will be telling you more about in this post.

Unfortunately the shade I received was far from matching my eyebrows color, so I didn't get to try it myself. I made sure to read some reviews online and it seems that this is a high quality product with a good pigment that stays in place for a long time.

The product is available in six shades which can see on the site. The shade I received is Soft Blonde, which as mentioned before doesn't match my color, but I would probably pick the shade Brunette as it's a dark brown.

הגוון שקיבלתי לסקירה לצערי רחוק מלהתאים לי, כך שלא יצא לי לנסות אותו אישית, אבל דאגתי לעבור על סקירות אחרות של המוצר ברחבי הרשת, ונראה שמדובר במוצר מאוד איכותי, בעל פיגמנט מעולה שמחזיק מעמד ולא נמרח למשך זמן.

המוצר מגיע בשישה גוונים, אותם ניתן לראות באתר החברה. הגוון שקיבלתי נקרא Soft Blonde, שכאמור לא מתאים לי, אבל הייתי שמחה לנסות את הגוון החום הכהה - Brunette.

The package of this product is very impressive, it is elegant and sophosticated, and as you can see I couldn't resist it and took many photos of this package to show you how beautiful it is. This package is made of a mirrored plastic in gold and silver, and it has the luxurious red logo of the brand on it.

I think this is a beautiful set that every lady would love to have in her makeup bag, especially when it's such a compact and pretty item.

Hello ladies!
In today's post I'm going to show you three gorgeous rings I received from HW Star Jewelry, which I will be reviewing and showing you more of them in the upcoming Nail Art & Jewelry posts on the blog. I wanted to start with a general review of the rings and the shop, and since there is also a giveaway for one of these rings, I decided to do this post a bit different this time.

I came across HW Staron Etsy and I really liked their jewelry. I love the simple and clean lines of their designs, and their druzy stone jewelry were so beautiful that I instantly fell in love with them. I was really excited when they accepted my offer for collaboration, and so I got to share these lovely rings with you.
HW Star is a small and upcoming jewelry store based in Thailand, managed by two partners - Rujipa and Wit. Together they are running this lovely store and creating beautiful handmade jewelry. Their designs are very minimalistic, yet beautiful in their simplicity.
HW Star jewelry are handcrafted of sterling silver, combined with beautiful opal and druzy stones, which are put together into an interesting and unique designs.

The first ring I want to show you is the Inlaid Opal Ring, which is shown above. This ring is made of sterling silver and lab created white opal. The design is clean, simple and very beautiful in my opinion. The light hits the opal differently each time, bringing out various colors. It's a beautiful and well handcrafted piece with an unique design, which I'm really happy to have in my jewelry collection.
HW Star have various ring designs with white and blue opal, they are all very interesting and beautiful, you can take a look at them here.

Next is the oval Peacock Druzy Ring, it has a gorgeous multicolored sparkly effect. The druzy stone is set in a shiny sterling silver band. This is a very simple yet a beautiful design.
If you are not familiar with the "druzy" stones and wondering what it is - druzy is actually a coating of fine crystals on a rock fracture surface. The outcome is pretty much like a textured nail polish. ;)
So I guess if textured nail polish is the latest trend, I don't see a reason why druzy rings shouldn't be as well. I am completely obsessed with the druzy stones, they are so sparkly!

The last but not least is the Silver Druzy Ring, it's very similar to the ring above only it's rounded and a bit smaller, which makes this ring even more delicate. It's also very sparkly and beautiful, and I really love using it for stacking with other rings.
